This is very old and unknown remedy of Lal Kitab which is Practished By Old Astrologer.

Put "Geru" (1250G) in red clothes and Bury it at Riverside Banks.

If possible do this remedy when moon transit Through Mars/Ketu Nakshatra.

After doing this remedy not only you get rid of the problem of Piles even your blood relatives whoever born in your family blood circle never get piles in future.

Geru represent mars & Venus this remedy can be used for other purpose also but way is different... talk about that later

One thing remember "disease can be cured without medicine but death inevitable" this is what Lal Kitab says
